I founded Pallet’s design practice and owned design across all workflows: moving an order from intake through dispatch, freight handling, delivery and billing. I established the product foundation—from navigation and dense operational tables to documents, accounting and shared interaction patterns—as the company expanded into more complex logistics businesses. Pallet sold their TMS business to Tenet OS in 2026 before pivoting to AI solutions.
