I prototyped a hub for Slack users to streamline their focus amid the din of notifications. Bringing partners across product pillars and functions, I hosted a design sprint to align on user goals and product principles. I focused on making notifications feel intuitive with a clear entry point, actionable with an information hierarchy surfaced what mattered most, and personal with a content model that feels tailored to each person.
